I’m Mark, founder of Roots of Renewal Consulting, LLC. For more than 20 years, I have served congregations as a pastor, coach, and leader, helping communities navigate transitions, strengthen their core values, and discover new life in their ministries. My work spans merging congregations, fostering multiracial and multicultural communities, and equipping clergy and lay leaders to lead with clarity, courage, and faith.

I bring a systems-thinking approach, grounded in spiritual and theological insight, to help churches and leaders understand what they have, where their energy is, and how to move forward faithfully. My goal is to help congregations flourish from the roots up—so that every decision, program, and ministry is rooted in purpose, resilience, and renewal.
